Founders

  • As one of the co-founders of CardioRenal Vision, Dr. Shah works to bring onsite specialty care to post-acute care providers. He is the Medical Director of inpatient dialysis units, with expertise in kidney disease and dialysis from his medical training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He is also the founder and CEO of Renviva, a physician-owned and led dialysis provider.

  • Dr. Khan is a nephrologist practicing in Freeport and Rockford, Illinois. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, completed his residency at the University of Illinois and his fellowship at the University of Missouri. His interventional nephrology training aligns with RenViva's belief in comprehensive patient care. After serving as a medical director for several dialysis units, he co-founded CardioRenal Vision and RenViva.

  • Dr. Ahmed, founder of Cardiac Vision and co-founder of CardioRenal Vision, is a board-certified cardiologist with expertise in nuclear cardiology. He completed his medical training at Creighton University School of Medicine and received a fellowship in General Cardiology at the University of Florida. A former competitive athlete, he enjoys recreational sports such as basketball, weightlifting, CrossFit, volleyball and surfing. He is fluent in Hindi and Spanish and has presented at multiple cardiology events.
